The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.

Paper Submission
There are three types of papers that can be submitted: extended abstract, short paper or and full paper. The length of a short paper or an extended abstract is 2 pages and the length of a full paper is 6 pages. Manuscripts must be prepared by using single spacing and a 10-point font.
Submissions to all conferences within APSC2026 must be original; submissions cannot have been published or accepted in a journal or conference proceedings, nor presented at another conference. Further, submissions must not be concurrently under consideration for publication or presentation elsewhere.

Peer Review
All papers will be subjected to a formal peer-review process by experts in the relevant field. Authors are advised to revise their papers in accordance with the reviewers’ comments and recommendations.
Final Camera-Ready Submission
All authors are required to follow the IEEE conference format. Failure to comply may cause your paper to be excluded from the publication.
The length of a a short paper or extended abstract is 2 pages while the maximum length of a full paper is 6 pages with double-column.

Publication Policy
For APCECS 2026, all accepted papers will be published in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library, which is indexed by SCOPUS.
For other conferences, accepted papers will appear in the proceedings of their respective events.
Based on high review scores, selected extended papers will also be invited for publication in SCOPUS‑indexed journals.
