Kluster
Kluster ialah ialah satu kumpulan ahli yang disusun berdasarkan suatu tema. Setiap kluster berciri multidisiplin dan berteraskan isu-isu dasar utama yang bernilai strategik dan berpandangan jauh (foresight). Pengerusi setiap Kluster hendaklah dilantik oleh Majlis daripada kalangan ahli Majlis. Pengerusi setiap kluster akan dibantu oleh seorang Timbalan Pengerusi dan seorang Setiausaha.
A cluster is a group of members organized based on a theme. Each cluster is multidisciplinary and is based on key policy issues of strategic value and foresighted. The Chairman of each Cluster shall be appointed by the Council from among the members of the Council. The chairman of each cluster will be assisted by a Deputy Chairman and a Secretary.
